“Hard Work Beats Talent When Talent Doesn’t Work Hard.” – Tim Notke

To encourage our players to practice in the off-season, the Irondale Basketball Association will sponsor the “IBA Hoops Club”.  The club is open to all players who have currently completed the IBA In-House or Traveling programs for the 2011-2012 seasons.

Each player who makes a minimum of 5,000 shots from May 1st to September 30th, 2011 will become a member of the club.  The members will be recognized each year with the presentation of an “IBA Hoops Club T-Shirt”.

In addition to a t-shirt, players may earn additional awards.  Each award is earned by accumulating made baskets.  The following prizes will be awarded for the 2011 IBA Shooters Club.
