INSTRUCTIONAL FINANCIAL DISCOUNT PROCESS:

Prior to Registering your child, please email the Boys or Girls Instructional Program Director an electronic copy of the approved 2023-24 Educational Benefits letter to receive the discount code to use at the time of check out.

COMPETITIVE SCHOLARSHIP PROCESS:

Prior to Registering your child, please email the Boys or Girls Competitive Director for details. 

Irondale Basketball Association (IBA) has established the following refund policy with regards to registration fees for our youth sports programs.  

No refunds once the season has started or by October 1st, whichever is earlier.  Season start is defined as the first scheduled practice.   

For competitive tryouts only, if a player chooses to not accept their placement, a $50 non-refundable administrative fee will be charged.  Not accepting their placement will be defined as:

• Not accepting the competitive placement assigned after team formations are announced
• Not accepting the instructional placement the player received if the player was not placed on a competitive team

To request a refund, a written email should be sent to your respective director detailing the request for processing by the IBA Board.
