Reminder: IBA Great Shootout 2020 Team/Parent Work Assignment Schedule

Irondale Parents,

Attached are the team assignments for the upcoming IBA Great Shoot Out Tourney on Saturday, January 18 and Sunday, January 19. Please refer to the information below regarding your shift time, responsibility, and expectations.

Please click on the provided link to confirm the assigned work schedule for both your team and yourself.

• At least one parent or other responsible adult per family is needed to fulfill the shifts.

• While the times slots for the team are firm feel free to switch duties with other parents on your team (admissions with concessions or vice versa) if you prefer one over the another. If you need to change your assigned time, you are welcome to work that out among your team’s parent group as well.

• Please be on time for your shift.

• Please bring a hat to wear or you may wear a hair net which will be provided if you are assigned to concessions.

• Please remember the IBA tournament is a big fundraiser for your players. The volunteer commitment is required to help make it successful.
